In TiM, you can adjust page Viewing Permissions in the Template Build area so only applicable startwork pages are shown to an employee.
For example, the Direct Deposit viewing permission is often assigned to a Direct Deposit form because this form only needs to be shown to employees who want to opt in to Direct Deposit.
When an employee is invited to fill out startwork, after they accept their employment details, they will see a screen that prompts them to enter their social security number, and are also given the opportunity to opt in to Direct Deposit, if that is available through production.
If the employee opts in, they will be prompted to enter their banking information. That information will pre-populate onto the Direct Deposit form.
NOTE: For security purposes, sensitive information such as social security numbers and banking account information is not stored in TiM long term. Therefore, an employee will be asked to enter that information each time they fill out startwork in TiM.
Only if the employee opts into Direct Deposit will they see and be able to see, then sign and submit, a Direct Deposit form.
If the employee does not opt in, they will not see the form in their packet at all, and therefore the form will not be included in the PDF of their submitted packet.
