When the employee receives the Special Packet, they will be prompted to review and update their W-4 information and submit the form.

NOTE: Currently in TIM it is not possible for an employee to submit forms without production’s involvement. Production must share a packet with a user first, to allow the user to submit any Startwork.

- An employee's log in credentials will be the same for TiM and My Cast & Crew, because both systems leverage Okta as a single-sign-on solution.
- To our knowledge, employees can also use the My Cast & Crew portal to register for direct deposit, update their direct deposit bank information, and modify their tax withholdings.
