Only Company Admins are able to send themselves Startwork in TiM (see instructions below).
If you are not a Company Admin (ie: you only have access to Projects and do not have access to any Company Accounts), please ask a colleague who is already connected to the Project and who has Invite/Manage Permission to send Startwork to you.
To send yourself Startwork as a Company Admin:
FYI: Company Admins do not need to be invited to every Project, because Admins automatically have access to every Project housed within a Company Account. When an Admin clicks into a Project for the first time, their record will appear in Crew Management under the department "Company Admin" with the status "Exempt from Startwork".
- From Crew Management, locate your record.
- To the right of your name, select "Send Startwork."
- Complete the Employment Details as necessary.
- Click "Save & Update Employment Details."
Once the above steps are complete, when you return to your Project dashboard you will see a message that reads, "You have startwork waiting for you! Click here to complete your startwork packet now."
