We all know how busy production life can be! Sometimes we just need a little reminder...
How to send a Reminder email from TiM:
- Go to Crew Management.
If you want to Remind the employee to submit their Primary Packet:
- Click "Send Reminder".
If you want to Remind the employee to submit subsequent packets:
- Click "view more...". A pop up window will appear.
- Click "Send Reminder" next to the packet you need to remind the employee to complete.
NOTE: As long as the employee has not submitted their Startwork yet, you will see "Send Reminder". If you see "Packet submitted, pending approval", the employee has already submitted their Startwork. (Once Startwork is submitted, only a person with Gatekeeper Permissions can bounce the packet back to the employee.)
- A pop up window will appear. Enter a custom note if you want.
- Click "Send Reminder".
- The employee will receive an email reminding them to login at hellotim.com and complete their Startwork!
