Verify I-9 + View: Approval Pipeline

Combining Permissions in TiM always gives a person all of the abilities for each Permission. Some combinations of Permissions create additional, unique access. 

For example, if a person with View: Approval Pipeline Permission is also granted Verify I-9 Permission, they are able to verify I-9s from the Approval Pipeline as well as Crew Management.

In the Approval Pipeline, they will see red "Verify I-9" buttons as well as the "I-9 Verified" column, and the rest of the Approval Pipeline will be grayed out.
