Can I upload a Crew List to TiM? 

TiM will auto-generate a Crew List for you as employees are invited to your Project. Therefore, uploading a Crew List is unnecessary.  Employee contact information is added to the Crew List once they are invited to a Project and complete their TiM Profile. Whenever employees update their TiM Profile, those changes will automatically be reflected on any Crew Lists they are connected to.

 

 

You can export this Crew List as an excel document at any time by clicking "Download Crew List Report". 

 

 

 

It is possible to Invite multiple employees to a production at the same time, as long as all recipients have the same Employment Details. Simply enter the email addresses for each employee, separated by commas, at the top of the Employee Invite. 

 

It is not possible to 'mass invite' an entire crew to a production, because Employment Details for every employee must be defined in the Invite, and not everyone on a crew has the same Employment Details.
