If you've sent an Invite and the employee did not receive an email notification, it could be because the Invite was sent to a wrong or misspelled email address. Use TiM's Resend Invite function to send another Invite to the same email address, or edit the email address and Resend.
NOTE: Employees can have multiple email addresses connected to their TiM Account. See: How to add Alternate Email Addresses so Invites sent to any email address will funnel to their TiM Account.
How to resend an Employee Invite:
- Go to Crew Management.
- In the rightmost column, click "Resend Invite."
- A pop up will appear. You will see the email address the Invite was originally sent to. Edit the email address if needed.
- Click "Resend" to send another Invite notification to the email address indicated.
NOTE: If you resend an Invite, and the employee still does not receive an email notification, this may be because some spam filters are super aggressive, and TiM's system-generated emails just can't get in to their inbox! In this case, the employee can go to hellotim.com and Login, or Sign Up using the email address the Invite was sent to.
