How to view or edit your default W-4 information

Once you save your default W-4 information in TiM, you will never have to complete this form from scratch again!

You can edit your default W-4 information at any time, so it will be updated the next time you are prompted to submit Startwork via TiM.

How to View/Edit your saved default W-4 information:

1. Login at hellotim.com.
2. Select “My Profile” from the header.
3. Under Tax Information, select “View/Edit Default W-4 Info.” This will open the TiM W-4 Viewer.
4. Complete the form or make any changes.
5. Click “Save & return to Profile” once finished.

NOTE: Updating the default W-4 information within your TiM Profile does not mean that your revised W-4 information has been automatically sent to production or payroll. Production must send you a fresh W-4 in order for you to submit a revised form. Reach out to your Production Contact and request that they send you a W-4 via TiM.
