The personal information that populates onto your Startwork (ie: your name, phone number, address, emergency contact info, etc.) is pulled from your TiM Profile.
If your personal information appears incorrectly on your Startwork, it is most likely because it was entered incorrectly in your Profile.
To ensure the proper information populates onto your Startwork, first update your Profile, and then submit the pending Startwork. See instructions below.
** DO NOT sign & submit any Startwork with incorrect information. **
NOTE: The email listed in your Profile is not your log in email. If you want to update your log in credentials, go to Account Settings. For instructions, see: How to change your TiM log in credentials
How to update your Profile information:
- Login at hellotim.com.
- Select "My Profile" from the header.
- Edit your Profile information.
- If you need to edit your default W-4 information, click "View/Edit Default W-4 Info."
- Click "Save and Continue to Startwork."
FYI: The name, phone number, and email address listed in your Profile can also appear on Project Crew Lists.
