The information in your TiM Profile is used to pre-populate your Startwork, and will appear on Crew Lists for every Project you are connected to.
If your personal information (ie: your name, phone number, address, etc.) appears incorrectly on your Startwork, it is most likely because it was entered incorrectly in your Profile.
You can update your Profile, and then submit new Startwork.
** DO NOT sign & submit any Startwork with incorrect information. **
How to update your Profile information:
- Login at hellotim.com.
- Select "My Profile" from the header.
- Edit your Profile information.
- If you need to edit your default W-4 information, click "View/Edit Default W-4 Info."
- Click "Save and Continue to Startwork."
The information from your Profile will update in real time on any Startwork pending your submission.
