I don't want my personal email address or phone number to appear on Project Crew Lists in TiM. How can I control this?

TiM automatically generates a Crew List for every Project based on the information saved within each crewmember's TiM Profile. (This saves production loads of time later, because they don't need to generate a Crew List from scratch!)

If you do not want to share your email address or phone number on TiM Crew Lists, you can choose to hide this information.

How to hide your email and phone number from TiM Crew Lists:

1. Login at hellotim.com. 
2. Select "My Profile" from the blue header.
   • If using a mobile device, select the three lines at the top right of your screen, then select "My Profile."
3. Scroll down. Under "What information do you want to show on Project Crew Lists in TiM?" de-select the checkboxes next to "Email" and/or "Phone."
4. Click "Save."
