Optional Checkbox

An Optional Checkbox provides a checkbox to an employee, but does not require the employee to select the box when submitting Startwork.

Multi-Checkbox, 1 required of [#]

The "Multi-Checkbox, 1 required of [#]" will provide a set of checkboxes to an employee, and require the employee to select one of the checkboxes when submitting Startwork. 

For example, if a document requires an employee to select their marital status from thee options: 1) Single, 2) Married and filing jointly, or 3) Married but filing separately, you would select "3" from the drop down provided and apply a "Multi-Checkbox, 1 required of 3":
