If you've sent an Invite and the status of the Invite in Crew Management reads "(pending)" instead of displaying the employee's name, you can re-send the Invite by selecting "Resend Invite" to the right of their record.

If you've sent the Invite and you see the employee's name displayed in Crew Management, it means that the email address used to send the Invite has been successfully connected to an existing TiM Account.
In this case, production should not re-send the Invite to a different email address.
Instead, the employee can just go to hellotim.com and login to their existing TiM Account to access their Startwork.
If the employee needs to update their Account Settings so a different email address is set as their Primary Email Address, they can do so from their end.

Pro Tip: It is rare that in TiM, you should need to delete an Invite and start from scratch. Typically, once a user is connected to a Project they never need to be invited to the Project again. If changes are needed, the employee's existing record would be manipulated.
