If you see "(pending)" in Crew Management, it means an Invite was sent to an email address or phone number not yet registered to our system.
In other words, it means that either the employee has not signed up for TiM yet, or that their existing TiM Account is not connected to the email address the Invite was sent to.
Once TiM detects that the email or phone number used to send the Invite is registered to an existing TiM Account, the employee's name will appear in Crew Management instead of "(pending)".
Pro Tip: "(pending)" could also mean that the Invite was sent to a misspelled email address. If this is the case, you can select "Resend Invite" on the right side to re-enter the email. For instructions, see: How to resend an Invite
