In TiM, a Packet is a collection of forms. A Packet could contain a mix of Company Forms plus payroll forms, government forms, and union forms.
In TiM, there are two types of packets: Standard Packets and Special Packets.
Standard Packets
Standard Packets are intended to contain the set of Forms that the majority of new hires need to receive when joining this Project, as determined by your company.
A person is auto-matched to the relevant Standard Packet as they are invited to a Project based on the Employment Details in their Invite.
There are five types of standard Packets:
- Union Packet
- Union Loan-Out Packet
- Non-Union Packet
- Non-Union Loan-Out Packet
- Job Change Packet*
* The Standard Job Change Packet will be auto-matched to anyone whose primary Packet is already Fully Approved and whose terms of employment change.
