We released work state functionality at the end of March, 2020. After that, work states have been required to include within Employment Details for new Invites, or if Employment Details were edited within existing Invites.
However, if an Invite was sent prior to work state functionality being released, it doesn't have work states as part of its Employment Details, to so TiM will show "None designated" instead.
NOTE: If a packet contains a "Work State(s)" Smart Field, but no work states are designated in recipient's Employment Details, the field will instead auto-populate with the work states listed in the Project's Production Info. If there are no work states listed in Production Info, the field will then auto-populate with the Production Office Address state.
