In TiM, there are two types of packets: Standard Packets and Special Packets.
Standard Packets are intended to contain the set of Forms that the majority of new hires need to receive when joining this Project, as determined by your company.
A person is auto-matched to the relevant Project-level Standard Packet as they are invited to a Project, based on the Employment Details in their Invite.
There are five types of Standard Packets:
- Union Packet
- Union Loan-Out Packet
- Non-Union Packet
- Non-Union Loan-Out Packet
- Job Change Packet*
* The Project-level Standard Job Change Packet will be auto-matched to anyone whose primary Packet is already Fully Approved and whose terms of employment change (such as an individual whose terms of employment change, an individual switching to a Loan-Out, a Non-Union employee flipping to Union, etc.). There are special Viewing Permissions available in the Job Change Packet to allow you to include all types of forms in this packet while ensuring that the recipient only sees the relevant ones, depending on the type of Job Change they are undergoing.
