In TiM, a Packet is a collection of forms. A Packet could contain a mix of Company Forms plus payroll forms, government forms, and union forms.
In TiM, there are two types of packets: Standard Packets and Special Packets.

A person is auto-matched to the relevant Project-level Standard Packet as they are invited to a Project, based on the Employment Details in their Invite.
