There's wrong information on my Startwork. What do I do?

If your terms of employment are incorrect (ie: your rate, allowances, start date, etc.), reach out to your Production Contact. They can assist to adjust your Employment Details. 

If your personal information is incorrect (ie: your name, phone number, address, etc.) it is most likely because it was entered incorrectly in your Profile. You can update your Profile, and then return to submit your Startwork (see instructions below). 

** DO NOT sign & submit any Startwork with incorrect information. **

How to update your Profile information and then return to your Startwork:

1. Login at hellotim.com.
2. Select "My Profile" from the header. 
3. Edit your Profile information. 
   • If you need to edit your default W-4 information, click "View/Edit Default W-4 Info."
4. Click "Save and Continue to Startwork."
5. Click "Continue to My Productions."
6. Enter the Project that has the note "*Complete your startwork*."
7. Enter your Personal Information and click "Continue to Startwork" to return to your packet.

The information from your Profile will update in real time on any Startwork pending your submission.
