Can I control what records will cycle through Quick Approve?

Yes! Quick Approval launches the records currently visible in the Approval Pipeline. 

If you want to only Quick Approve certain records, first filter or sort the Approval Pipeline to display only the records you're interested in at the moment, and then launch Quick Approval.

For example:

• To narrow your approvals down by department, Search for the specific department.
• To narrow your approvals down by approval step, use the column filters to select "Reviewed" or "Not Reviewed."
• To sort your approvals alphabetically, next to "Sort," select "Alphabetical" from the drop down.
• Use the arrow icons to the right of the "Sort" drop down to sort ascending or descending.
