1. The Invite was sent to spam
- Search your spam folder for an email from email@example.com.
2. The Invite was sent to a wrong or misspelled email address
- Ask your Production Contact to confirm which email address the Invite was sent to. Production can easily Resend the Invite to the correct email address.
I've confirmed the Invite was sent to the correct email address, and I still don't see it in my inbox! Now what?
If you are new to TiM, go directly to hellotim.com and Sign Up using the address the Invite was sent to. You will be directed to your Startwork as soon as your TiM Account is created.
If you already have a TiM Account, go directly to hellotim.com and login, then select "My Productions" to access new Startwork.
