If the system is telling you that you are locked out, you have entered an incorrect password too many times.
If you need immediate assistance, please Contact TiM Support and ask a TiM Specialist to unlock your TiM Account for you.
In the future, if you've forgotten your password, it's best to reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the TiM Login screen.
