If you're trying to sign in and see the message "Invalid email or password," it means that the email or password you're using are incorrect. To resolve, you need to log in with the proper credentials.
To troubleshoot:
- Reset your password.
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link to trigger a password reset email.

- Please note that this will update your password for any applications your OKTA single sign on account might be connected to, ie: TiM, My Cast & Crew, Media Services Crew Portal, and CAPS+.
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link to trigger a password reset email.
- Try a different email address.
- Users need to log in with the Primary Email Address associated with their TiM Account.
- If you can't remember your log in email, please Contact TiM Support and provide:
- Your full name
- The email you tried to use to log in
- The phone number associated with your Account
- Your typical job description
