Department / Position Viewing Permission

The Department/Position Viewing Permission allows pages of a Startwork Template to show or hide based on the Department and/or Job Description indicated for the employee. 

The Department/Position Viewing Permission is controlled from Employment Details, by the Department and/or Job Description selection made by production / an Inviter.

In the Builder, a user can select which Department(s) and/or Job Description(s) they want to show or hide selected pages from via the typeahead entry point. Multiple Department(s) and/or Job Description(s) can be indicated if necessary:

If a user wants to indicate an entire Department, the option will include the text "...Department (All Positions)":

If a user wants to indicate a specific Job Description, the option will appear with the name of the Job Description followed by the Department the Job Description falls into in parenthesis.
