Union/Guilds Viewing Permission

The Union/Guilds Viewing Permission allows pages of a Startwork Template to show or hide based on the Union/Local # indicated for the employee. 

The Union/Guilds Viewing Permission is controlled from Employment Details, by the Union/Local # selection made by production / an Inviter.

In the Invite, an employee's Union/Local # can be selected via the typeahead entry point, or by selecting the checkbox for "Non-Union."

In the Builder, a user can select which Union/Local # they want to show or hide selected pages from via the typeahead entry point. Multiple Unions can be indicated:

Important Notes regarding the Union/Guilds Viewing Permission:

• The Union/Guilds Viewing Permission is only available in the Builder areas for Standard Union Packet, Standard Union Loan-Out Packet, Standard Job Change Packet, and Special Packet Templates. 
• "Non-Union" is not an available selection for the Union/Guilds Viewing Permission in the Builder areas for Standard Union Packet, Standard Union Loan-Out Packet, and Special Packet Templates. ("Non-Union is only available in the Builder area for Job Change Packets.)
• "Non-Affiliate" is not the same as "Non-Union."
