You can update your TiM login email from Account Settings. To access your Account Settings, you will need to login using your current login credentials (your old email address).
Contact TiM Support if you need assistance to login using your current credentials.
NOTE: Please do not create multiple TiM Accounts! TiM was designed so you could manage all Startwork across multiple Projects from a single login.
To update your TiM Account login email:
- Go to hellotim.com and login using your current login (your old email address).
- If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to receive a reset email.
- If you no longer have access to your old email inbox, please call or text TiM Support to assist with resetting your password: (202)TIM-CHAT (202-846-2428).
- If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to receive a reset email.
- Once logged in, click the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
- NOTE: If you are using a mobile device, you will see three lines (AKA a 'hamburger') in the upper right of your screen instead of the gear icon.
- Select "Account Settings."
- Update your Primary Email Address to your new email address.
- Add any other email addresses you use, or have used, as Alternate Email Addresses.
- NOTE: Connecting Alternate Email Addresses allows you to login with more than one email, and ensures that any TiM-related messages sent to any connected email addresses will funnel to your TiM Account.
- Click "Save Changes."
