If an employee's Employment Details need to be edited, but their Startwork packet has already been Fully Approved, you can initiate a Job Change from Crew Management so the correct information can be recorded.
How to initiate a Job Change:
Only users with Invite/Manage (Whole Crew or Department Only) Permissions can initiate Job Changes.
- From Crew Management, select "Initiate Job Change" next to an employee's name. This will open their Employment Details.
- Edit the employee's Employment Details.
- At the bottom of the screen, select "Initiate Job Change."
For Projects created after 11/13/18: Once the above steps are complete, the employee will be automatically notified and matched to a default Job Change packet.
For Projects created before 11/13/18: Once the above steps are complete, the employee will be automatically notified and matched to another Standard Packet, or the same Standard Packet they received before (depending on how their Employment Details are modified). If you want the employee to only receive certain forms to process this Job Change, you can build a Special Job Change Packet and share that packet with the employee after their Employment Details are edited.
