Currently in TiM, a Gatekeeper cannot "take back" Startwork once their review is complete. (This functionality is coming! Stay tuned!)
NOTE: If the Startwork has been Fully Approved, that packet cannot be modified further. Instead, you can initiate a Job Change from Crew Management to adjust Employment Details. Or, you can duplicate the original packet if an employee needs to submit revised information from their end.
Step 1. The Upstream Approver bounces the Startwork Back to Gatekeeper
- From the Approval Pipeline, click "Approve" to access the Startwork. This will take you to Employment Details.
- Scroll down, select "Send back to Startwork Gatekeeper."
- Enter a reason for bouncing the packet back to Startwork Gatekeeper.
- Click "Send Back."
