The HBO-TiM environment, accessible via hbo.hellotim.com, will be retired on Thursday, June 30th, 2022.

The standard TiM environment at app.hellotim.com remains up and running with no changes.

What does this mean?

The HBO subdomain and its contents including projects, templates, documents, and data will no longer be accessible after Thursday, June 30th, 2022.

Data will be stored in a heavily encrypted server vault after the retirement date, but users will no longer have access.

Do I need to take any action?

If you would like to download PDFs of any Startwork you’ve submitted for HBO projects via TiM, please log in at hbo.hellotim.com and download your documents before the environment is retired on Thursday, June 30th, 2022.
